We've been on mandatory OT for the past 4-5 weeks or so. If you did not work it, it would affect your attendance stats.
It's 3 hours a week, which doesn't seem like a lot and wouldn't be if I were not in my 3rd tri. It's been killing me to fit in the OT and my Dr's appts. It's been a scheduling (and rescheduling) nightmare.
They just dropped the 'requirement' to 1 hr a week for next week.
I'm praying it goes away soon after next week. I've had nightmares about having to work this mandatory OT up until my leave.
