The house where appliances go to die

Now my washer is not working.  It's not filling all the way and kicking over to the next cycle.  I'm hoping maybe we can fix it or it's an easy fix.  But something is telling me it's not.

At least DH has a co-worker who repairs washers and dryers on the side with his dad.  He may even give us a loaner if while he's fixing it.

  • This is beyond annoying. Especially when you have little ones.

  • We had this happen and it was stupid simple, but I can't remember what it was.  We called a repair guy and he didn't charge us to fix it, we still have him $20 for coming out though.  I hope you have the same stupid simple problem!

  • Is it an HE washer?  Sometimes unplugging it and plugging it back in will work.  (Kinda like a computer, printer, etc.)

    Level indicator?

What a bummer.  We seem to be refrigerator killers.
