Yesterday he asked me if he could pick the basil in the garden and dry it. I said yes, please do. I knew he was outside for a long time working on various things. It was hot and I was doing laundry inside so I did not go to inspect or supervise.
I just took decided to go out and take a look. The man did not pick the basil. He uprooted all three plants. I do not understand why he thought that was a good idea.
And then I went looking for what he did with the plants to dry. I found them BOLTED to the fence and not the part of the fence under the roof. No, they are getting drenched with rain right now. I discovered the bolts when I tried to move it into to a dry spot and found that they would not budge. I don't even understand how the bolts are working but it was starting to rain on me and I gave up.
