I was contacted by a Shelby who said she was an independant consultant for Mary Kay telling me I'd won a pampering session for me and up to 5 friends at a local Mary Kay Bridal Convention. I asked her to email me the details and her response came from her personal email because she was "on the road". I didn't feel right about it and called the hotel where the convention was going to be held. Their answer was that there
had been a MK convention scheduled, but that it had been canceled. When I texted Shelby back about the confusion, she never replied.
