Re: fyi

  • if by pudding, you mean yogurt, i agree. because that's what i am eating.

but i also agree with pudding.
  • i like greek yogurt, but i get frustrated because i expect it to be sweet.  so i guess i expect it to be pudding.

  • you never have that problem with pudding. well, i shouldn't say never. leave homemade pudding on the counter for a week and then see how sweet it is.
  • Ew. Pudding is so gross. You pudding eaters are weird.

Last night I had Chobani Greek Yogurt with Blood Orange and it was so freekin delicious.   It was also 0 grams of fat, 21 grams carbs, no artificial sweeteners and 15 gram protein - this is the tastiest thing I've ever had with those stats.   And it filled me up!   That ended up being my dinner.
  • Yes, AF, I love taht one.  I also like the key lime one that is dannon.

I love vanilla greek yogurt, with some almond butter, then sprinkle in some granola and more almonds.

Or any vanilla greek yogurt with a sliced apple.  :)

  • I do love me some greek yogurt. I was not fan of the passion fruit Chobani. I lovelovelove the apple cinnamon one though (although I feel like if I was smart I'd just buy a big thing of plain Greek yogurt and mix applesauce and cinnamon in). The Boy loves Greek yogurt and it's one of the few ways I can get protein in him (other than milk and eggs).

That said, and I'm not sure why I thought this was a good idea, oatmeal and Greek yogurt is not a good combo.
  • Pmeg, I've heard the apple-cinnamon is awesome, but the buzzards at Target always pick the shelf clean of that one.

  • too bad, oface -- TARGET SUCKS.
    image
  • Well that's because it is so awesome!
  • :::Adds apple cinnamon to the list and crosses off passion fruit:::
Anyone try the pomegranate?   I love pomegranate normally, but I thought with greek yogurt it might be too tart.
  • No...YOU SUCK HMO.

    I love target.

  • I don't personally like the pomegranete but I have friends who love it. I'm a weirdo who doesn't really care for the seeds (but I love the juice) and it has seeds in it. Generally if I eat Greek yogurt, I share with DS because eating a container full is too much for me alone to eat. And picking those damn seeds out for him is a PITA.
  • Mmmmmm....   Pitas......
