Wedding Woes

pre-wedding stress toubles

So my fiancée and I are going through a rough patch right now, and only 7 weeks from our wedding day.  He and I are very much and love, and in this relationship for better or worse.  Unfortunately, we are both under a lot of stress,  dealing with not only the stress of our up coming wedding, but a number of other issues that have occurred since the engagement,  that we are still dealing with right now including, change of job for him, loss of vehicle, fees, and more fees. Anyway, we are both feeling the stress and broke big time, and not getting along very well because of
Any tips on how we can take some of the stress away, so that we can enjoy this time just before the wedding.  In addition our engagement photos scheduled for this Sunday afternoon. how can we get out love to shine through for our photos when we are feeling so worn out. I don't want us looking at the pictures and recalling the bad times.

    ditto nicoleg.

you don't need engagement photos to be married.

and stop taking out your stress on each other.  money is the number 1 reason cited when couples divorce.  it can cause a huge wedge between you and lead to resentment later on.

In all honesty my suggestion is that you guys should do something together. I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. Where there's a lot of stress and it's starting to affect the relationship. What we do though is that every week-end we make a date night. We go out and rent movies and snuggle together. Something that gets both of you away from the stress.

If by Sunday you two still feel strain just re-schedule with your photographer. You don't want to show worry lines in your photos.

    update:
The Saturday before we drove down to Brown County Indiana. We enjoyed the beautiful drive walked around the stores a bit, had a nice, yet cheap lunch. Then we went to the park and took a nice long hike. It did us both good to get out and do something we both enjoy and just enjoy each others company. On Sunday the photos went really well. He wasn't thrilled when we first got started and the photographers were digging though our closets, but once we got out there we relaxed and took some wonderful, unique and creative photos ( from the few I got to see)
Thanks everyone for the the suggestions and support!

Why were strangers digging through your closet?  That would unnerve me as well.
