This will be long....

When 1 and  2 were 3 months old we booked photo sessions.  We got lots of naked baby pictures and a picture of DH and I holding the naked baby.  We had the hands picture made into a canvas for our wall.  Walmart did these with no issue.

Max was turning 3 months so we booked pics.  I happened to be when  was turning 2 so we booked for all 3 kids to get some pics.  I made the mistake of going to Target.  They booked a 10 minute session for all 3 kids. 

The hand picture is ok.  I can make it work.  There is one other picture that was spectacular, but we were so rushed we didn't get a single picture of M2.  There are no solo naked baby pictures.  I brought in a few props to get pics with Max and there are none of those.  It was a horrid experience.

I wrote all of this out to post on their guest stories page.  It is supposed to post within 72 hours.  Nothing.  I blasted them on the survery and was even so annoyed I opted to call today.

The woman kept saying "at least you got one good picture."  I wanted more than one darn it.  She offered me 3 free picture sheets for a FUTURE session.  I told her to keep it because we'd never back.  I just think they should let people know ahead of time that they will be getting a whopping 10 minute session.  The last thing she said to me was "I'm ending this call because I'm just annoying you"

We always had excellent service at Target (ours closed).  We were never rushed and the woman always worked her butt off to get those pics.

I'm sorry you had a crappy experience.  It's not unreasonable to want a good pic of each kid AND expect that it will take more than 10 minutes.  That really blows.

You seem to have missed that I did contact them (in 3 different ways in fact).  The offered me 3 free sheets on a future session.  Not gonna happen.

I've received the same service and treatment from them (same location, I assume).  We took my nephew and DD there a few years ago and wanted pictures of each of them seperately and together.  As much as I argued with them about allowing more than 10 minutes for this, or allowing us to book 2 sessions back to back, they would not allow it.  It was an awful experience overall.  The pictures we got were just OK and we ended up spending more money than we wanted because the picture selection process was so stressful.

i feel terrible that you are now living your dream of being close to a target and this is what happens.

They did get a beautiful picture of Max, but it wasn't the one that matches the other photos and it's not the one that was important. 

Wzz- I said the SAME thing.  It's not like they had a couple of set ups either.  1 room.  10 mins to get in and get out and you can see the line forming behind you. 

I never did get a picture of M2.  I don't care what her's really looks like (6let was shoving his face with cashews at 2) so we're hitting up Sears for a $12 package. 

Walmart lets you have the CD right then, but Target makes you wait or I'd post the nice one.
