H and I went to a Tulip Festival where we celebrated all things Dutch for 3 days.  We had almond bars, Dutch letters and poffertjes.

    H also had chicken gizzards - I couldn't bring myself to even try a bite!  He loves them.

    Dutch people really know how to do dessert right. Our entrees are boring but hot damn I love some olie bollen, speculaas cookies, and stroopwaffels.
