My fiance and I are having a wedding of about 70 people and our guestlist and budget is tight. I'm inviting one of my good friends from childhood, and he has a girlfriend he's been dating for a while but we've never met her. After sending out a save-the-date he wrote me an email saying that he and his girlfriend will be attending. However, I was only planning on inviting him! What do I do? I don't want to offend my friend and I'm sure she's great, but we're really trying to keep the numbers small. Haven't responded to his email yet....
