Scalp burn

I did a fairly good job of keeping my sunscreen refreshed during all of my yard work and sitting outside all day yesterday at my g-pa's auction, but now my scalp is burnt. Ouch.  Does this mean my hair is thinning?  Will I have to go to the beauty shop for a shampoo and set to get it poofed up enough to hide the thinning?

Also, I saw a high school friend yesterday that I hadn't seen since high school.  She has A LOT of gray hair.  She was also pregnant.  It was a strange combination.  I think her mother went gray at a pretty young age, too.

I just a friendly gal looking for options.

If you go to a beauty shop for a hair poof be sure to have them dye it blue.

Also mom's bff was completely white headed by the time she was 23. She never bothered to dye it either, which really takes balls.

H has tons of gray hair, at just 30.  MIL had way more than that at 30, but I think she also had several children by then too.

I have thin hair and have gotten a scalp burn where my hair is parted. I try just to do a regular ponytail to avoid this, or, a hat.

Scalp burn is the worst.  I still remember one from band camp just from my part.

I think H is almost totally grey (it's hard to tell - his hair was dishwater colored to begin with, and now he buzzes it cuz he's bald), and his beard is going white. White! He's 34!

Meanwhile, someone thought I was 20 the other day. I can't imagine what people think when we're out together.
