    Pretty much Drugstore - Costco, actually -  though I did treat myself to a big box of shadows from Ulta this Christmas. If they don't have it at Costco, it's WM or Target.

    QVC too. They have good deals on the Bare Escentuals from time to time, and offer some sets that are QVC exclusive.

    I get specialized things at Sephora, eyeliner (and occasionally eye shadow) at MAC, and most other things from Target/Rite Aid.

    I'd consider QVC department storeish.  I know they sell a bunch of bare escentuals and smashbox.

    i like Sephora over Ulta because of the loyalty program and free samples. I get mascara at Target (or another drugstore/big box store) - I like Maybelline and CoverGirl.

    I buy from Ulta or Meijer.  I usually stick to drugstore brands.  I have bought Clinique mascara in the past and I loved it.
