Watching GMA. After last night's 20/20 Brooke Mueller got a restraining order and police removed the kids from his house this morning. She is claiming now that he took the kids without permission and made death threats.
He still has his daughters with Denise Richards in the home. WTF at her for allowing her kids anywhere near him.
