I was wondering why the people we are buying the house from were moving. It seemed like they had one kid and were moving within the same suburb. She'd been on the civic association so it would seem she liked the neighborhood.
It was bugging me so I thought I'd punch them up on facebook. They have four kids, not just one. No wonder they were moving! It's a good sized home, but 3 boys would be tight and I could see wanting more land.
