I would like a non-clumping mascara that goes on smooth and does not flake off throughout the day.
I don't care if it's waterproof, I can reapply after I cry into my cheerios in the mornings, but I would like it not to take forever to dry, as I end up with black lines in my eyebrows and just below my eyebrows from looking up too quickly (or on my glasses if I put them on too soon after)
Please help the hippie.
