She sent me a FB message asking what hospital my brother and SIL work at.  She's looking for openings.  The issues-

- BIL doesn't want to move an hour away from his mom, he's not going to move states away.
- I would never tell brother or SIL to recommend her
- She's got 1 year experience on and RN.  I doubt she'd be their first choice
- MIL and her mom watch the kids every single day.  I doubt her pay would cover that cost.

    I just know there are tons of other nurses graduating in NC (not to mention at the university they are assosciated with).  Nurses with BNs that are local.  1 year is basically no experience.

    I work at a hospital in NC and before working here, I worked at another major hospital in the area, we always have nurses that are graduating, as we have one of the biggest nursing schools in the state in this area, and they always 100% get a job, with an additional $4k or more sign on bonus... she shouldn't need your help to get a job, there is definitely a need for nurses.
