Wedding Woes

Tell me more about these magic nursing tanks

I finally got to a target and saw some in the store.  They looked like the flimsiest little bits of fabric that wouldn't hold an A cup.  I bought one with 6let but never got the full appeal.  I see everyone raving, so clearly I'm missing something.

I did find a nicer one at Macy's I picked up.

I have the Gilligan O'Malley tanks from Target in an XL for my then size E boobs and they covered me just fine.  I'm not confident they'll work on my now F boobs, but I'm planning to pull them out in a few months to check.

I bought a 2XL so that they would fit over my belly.  But everything else Taw said.

But is there any support or seperation?  Or is it like wearing a sports bra?

Oooh, I didn't know they came in a 2XL!!!  When I ordered these, XL was the biggest!

You don't know how happy this makes my boobs!  I think those tanks are so comfortable!

I'm not gonna lie, I sometimes get the tube boob look, depending on the shirt I wear over the tank.  But I was really surprised at the support.  I like them.

[QUOTE]do they have that built-in shelf bra? i may look into these if they don;t have that extra fabric. i hate built in bras.

Yes, the ones I have have the built-in shelf bra.

ETA:  I have the side-sling but they also have the full-sling.

Hmmm, I keep checking them out.  We'll see how the Macy's ones do and I'll try the one from last time too.  The Macy's ones were only $20.

i have seven of these (gilligan & o'malley), and i love them.  i prefer the full sling because it has slightly more coverage (although ... who are we kidding?  pretty obvious what i'm doing, yo.)

it does look like i am cooking a boob loaf, but i've been wearing them under cardigans and such.  once spring/summer hits, i'll probably switch to wearing them under button-downs.

i think there's enough support, but my tats weren't that big to begin with.

and i did buy them in the long version, which is nice and covering, and also gives baby mo more things to spit up on.
