you probably shouldn't do the spin class.  all the up and down on the bike seat is not good for your pelvic floor or the cervix.  that's why they say don't ride a bike or go horseback riding while pg.

but yoga, totally fine.  walking, swimming, etc, just fine. 

and cramping, totally normal.  it will last about 5 weeks, and then taper off.
