Wedding Woes

Hot darn!

The people that saw the house yesterday want to come through again on FRIDAY!  Could we really be so lucky?  Our last house sold after 2 showings as well.

    SWEET!  Good luck!

Maybe you'll only be dealing with the long commute for a few weeks!

Even if we sold tomorrow it will take more than a few weeks to close and all that good stuff.  Plus we have no where to go yet.

6 - which neighborhood is the house you're interested in?

There is one in Gahanna, but I'm hearing mixed reports on that area.  Another is in Olde Sawmill, but is a major fixer upper.  Nothing structural, but there everything needs to be painted, cleaned, and 99% of the flooring replaced.  The third is near Worthing high school.

There are a bunch in Pickerington that have some promise too.  I'm going to do some recon over there on Monday.
