still feeling somewhat sick, but trying to minimize the meds today - after more than 3 weeks, feeling maybe 66.67% better.
trying to work out after work tonight (have a supplier meeting at 2, so didn't want to get the disheveled worked out at lunch, showered in the gym look) - I've only been to the gym once in the past few weeks (between sick/WFH and generally feeling lke crap)
Warrior Dash is in less than 2 weeks, so need to make sure i'm not going to die after not having worked out in ~3 weeks.
also, i've lost 20lbs so far in 2013. yay!
