Can you have hard cheese?  Or is this something else entirely?

[QUOTE]i can't decide if i love buffalo mozzarella or gruyere more.

Since hmo mentioned Trader Joe's below, have you tried their little ham and cheese pastry puffs?  They are stuffed with gruyere and taste like little bites of heaven studded with ham.  You would probably lurve them.

not being lactose intolerant anymore has been life-changing.  i mean, being able to snack on cheese without having to find an empty conference room to quietly poot in has been amazing.  AMAZING!

this is now the poo, pee and poot board.

[QUOTE]O, it's nothing like that. salty cheese is not good for me, so i am trying to avoid. it's so sad.

I'm sorry, I didn't know.  I take back my recommendation, then.  Honestly, they're horrible.  You're better off without them.

    I'm pro-cheese.

Sharp cheddar is pretty much my oldest and dearest friend. They span out from there to really good mozz, provolone, feta, goat...
