recipe help

i can't stand anne burrell, but her recipes always seem so good. so i suffer, but i keep the volume low for her show.

anyway. she made a pork loin stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and sauteed onions. i am not sure what i am doing wrong here, but i cannot find the recipe online.


does anyone know of this recipe or something similar?

ah, nevermind. i found it. problem was that she used veal and i wanted to try it with pork instead.
