Hi there ladies
I found this board a couple of days ago. I followed a link from the knot.
I have to say this board is absolutely something that I need lol ...
Here is my story in a nut shell:
I am 33yrs old. I have 2 awesome children (girl 13 & boy 6) both from previous relationships. I am currently engaged to a wonderful and loving man (he is 36yrs old). He loves me and my kids more than i could have ever imagined a man ever would. I trully do feel blessed to have him. I fall more in love with him everyday.
We knew eachother in high school, than as young adults we had some mutual friends. Years past by and we became friends again through facebook. One thing lead to another and before I knew it we were in love ... We have now been together almost 18mths.
Our love has been tested many times in the last 18mths and we almost broke up for good over the holidays. It seems that when we get over a hurdle our love is stronger... which in my opinion reconfirms to me that we are meant to be together.
I am so happy that I found this forum, I hope to be able to utilize your amazing advice. There are many things that I need to talk about and really have nobody to listen and give good advice.
