I have an e-mail from a guy who is contacting his 'congressional delegation' because essentially, he doesn't know how to use what he purchased and hasn't bothered to learn how.  He's actually upset about my whole industry in general.   We should know that 'one size doesn't fit all'. 

I'm sure congress will take up his plight.  It's a very important one.

    If there was a way to send that picture w/o getting fired, I would.

    I'll be watching CSPAN2 to see if Congress calls a session on this guy's problems.

    There are so many issues brought to me at my level that are well beyond my capacity to do anything about them except compensate and send word up the chain.   Most people understand this, but there are the crazies who think I need to personally take up their issue and fight to the death over it.

    Hell yeah.  "Why are the grapes $2/lb this week.  They were $1.50/lb last week.  Why did YOU change the price?! AHHHH!!" ::hulksmash::
