Fiance gets all the praise

I'm at an all time high stress time in the planning of this wedding and I give the very particular groom the assignment of photographer and this woman sends an email back to us praising the groom for planning the entire wedding and how lucky I am. I would be happiest having a justice of the peace wedding and being done with it but am going through with this out of state wedding planning and am at all time frustration. I guess I am so mad about it because I get this comment after an an entire day on the net with my mom searching for a reception place and lodging ideas for everyone we have to put up. He makes a phone call and wow.

The male ego will never need to worry about lack of praise it seems.

I wasn't trying to be too mean, it's just that if someone I barely know gives DH more credit than he deserves for something, I just acknowledge that he's helpful/otherwise great and move on.  I guess if my mom or my BFF said something like, "Wow, your DH does everything and you're a lazy slacker," then I'd feel justified in getting all butt hurt over it.  But this?  Yeah, whatever, thanks and have a great day, you know?

I get it. I feel foolish now. I guess after 2 hours on the phone dealing with reception venues and missing time working, then reading this message to the grooom:
" You are so sweet to be handling all the wedding preparations! Jenny, you've found yourself a really great guy! Not many guys would take on the girly wedding preparation on their own.

I snapped. Total idiot. OK back to planning.
