Hi ladies, The Junior League is having events across the area in the next few weeks to provide information to people who might be interested in joining. It's a fun way to do volunteer work in the community and meet great women. The League has been in Philadelphia for 97 years and has started activities like the Waterworks and the Please Touch Museum. Our current projects include children's programs at the Smith Family Playhouse in Fairmount Park, building a garden and green space at a school in North Philly and providing science/environmental education to kids in Norristown, as well as numerous other volunteer opportunities.
