Plus, I don't know if there's any prize involved except being able to put it on my resume, so. It would be nice, but not as immediate a payoff.
Fans are the reason I'm a writer. There's no giant paycheck, and writing what I do, there's no prestige. But there are a lot of people who like the book, and I'm very, very grateful. So thanks for sitting through this, and if you guys vote, thanks again.
