    We're going to the Art Museum, Love Park, and the City Hall area! HTH!

    What type of background do you want? A lot of places require permits including any of the parks, the area behind the Art Museum, etc. You could try Love Park, the Swann Fountain at Logan Circle, some sites in Old City, down on Columbus Blvd overlooking the water, etc.
