I am in the last 3 weeks before our August 20th wedding... Becoming more stressed! Future MIL is very sweet but tends to just "do" and slight "pushy" . I want a nice, clean simple elegant look for the reception and I feel like my opinion isn't what she or my future hubby wants to hear. First it's up to me what I'd like, then too many others feel what they think of will be best. Too much tension at bridal shower she & friends threw for me; very thoughtful, however,wanted to "sit & conduct a meeting" with my family at the end of a very long shower (without asking me if my family was up to staying). I am not angry, just very frustrated becasue now it seems like everyone else wants to "coordinate" and plan this...I am trying to be considerate of others feelinsg and diplomatic... ANY pearls of wisdom would be most appreciated!
