I asked a returning client to fill out a new client form, making sure to update any contact information.  He said, "I'm not fcking doing this.  I'm an ATTORNEY, not a clerk.  You can just take your form back b/c this is not happening.  You need to call one of my girls."

Wow.  How polite, sir.  I really appreciate the courtesy I extended to you this a.m. by coming in an hour early, performing tasks for you outside of my job description and otherwise being NICE before 8 a.m. or our office was even open.  

So glad I'm leaving early for a doc appt. and not returning this afternoon.

People like that really do need someone to punch them in the junk.  A lot.
