Hey I just saw your page below re: D&W.... We had the easiest time dealing with them.  I never worked with a saleslady, always the owner or his son.  Sorry you are having problems with them.  Maybe give them a call and ask to talk to Bill?~

    Thanks for responding!  Tony called back this afternoon, (he wasnt happy with the answers this morning either) and he got a whole different story...  His band is apparently in and ready, but mine is not.  It came in, and there was an issue with it so it was reordered.  Not sure I believe it or not - if that was the truth, I wish they would have called when it happened a few weeks back.  Oh well, hopefully theyll be here soon :)
