I like having a space program. But I'm trying to figure out how this fits into his 'cut gvt' budget.
And I'm also trying to figure out how science stupid the man can possibly be.
He seems blind to what technologies exist and what needs to be done to make something like this doable.
(but, in the 80's he claimed we should be using satelites and mirrors to light up inner city areas to decrease crime....so maybe realistic science knowledge is unreasonable to ask?)
