So 8-6-11 is the wedding date... 430 pm is the outdoor ceremony time.
I know the guests will most likely be warm after the "i do's" and want light refeshing meals, but it will also be around dinner time (530) when dinner will be served) So i am assuming everyone willl be hungry. Only problem is our venue only has a lot of heavy winter foods and not many light summer-ish options.
Do you think if you were a guest you would be ok with having like for examples pork medallions, fried/baked chicken, or a vegetarian option you would be ok with that? We are having our tasting on Wednesday so I would love feeback! Thank a lot!
