"Brinner"

So, my fiance and I love "brinner" or breakfast for dinner. Is this too crazy an idea for a wedding? I love that it can offer a wide variety of foods, and I was more excited to discover it's cheaper than a conventional sit down dinner. DO you think this is too outrageous?

We highly considered it... until we realized people will expect alcohol and I personally don't want beer/wine with my waffles... lol (However, there are obviously other things you could do like mimosas, etc. but our guests are mainly beer drinkers)

Fi and I enjoy brinner as well but not sure if its good for an evening wedding. Just seems a little odd to me.

What if you did a late night snack of waffles for the guest? You could have the venue create a waffle bar?

It's not my style, but with a casual wedding it could be really fun! I'd serve mimosas with it since your guests will be expecting booze.

I don't think it's outrageous or crazy; I'm just not crazy about breakfast food, so I wouldn't enjoy it.
