I can't figure out how to put a picture in the post, so you can just visit my bio (which I also have not figured out how to make clicky-sorry for all your extra work) visit the decorations page.  I have to examples of tables shown.One table I did a black tablecloth with a peach runner.The other one I did a peach tablecloth with a black runner.Our tables will not be oval, they are 8' rectangular tables.  Which one do you think looks best?  Someone told me that the black tablecloth/peach runner one looks too halloweenish (lol, new word!)  I also thought about alternating them.  I'm having 14 guest tables, and thought i could do 7 of each.  Please give me your opinions!Thanks a bunch!

Of the two options, I like the black tablecloth with the peach runner better. I'm not really nuts about black and peach, though. Do you have another color you could use instead of peach (for the tables), maybe a brighter one? The peach just seems a bit drab against the black ... I think a brighter color (fuchsia, lime, aqua) would "pop" more. Could you maybe do a brighter melon-ish color, if you want to stick with peach?Or maybe you could do a white/cream runner. That would pop more to me, and white/cream will go with any color scheme so you wouldn't have to incorporate it elsewhere.

Lets just say I would LOVE to change my colors, but I think it's a little late.  I've had so much trouble finding the shade of peach that I like.  My other color is just a darker shade of peach, kinda a burnt orange.  I don't really have a good picture to show it, but it's in the gm ties and their flowers.  There is no way i'm doing orange tables anyway.  So, since I can't really find any other "brighter peach" colors that coordinate well, this is what I ended up with.  Thanks for the advice with the hyperlink directions.  I will have to try it.
