Can you elaborate on how tall/small translates to food? Really though, you are the only one who will get it and your guests won't notice. Do a Google search for Caribbean themed catering menus or restaurant menus from the Caribbean itself and see what catches your eye that your guests will eat.

The guests actually will know because when we have the menu for them to pick their options it's going to say "tall: ----" or "small ---" (potentially). They'll know why because they know us. And thanks for the other suggestion.

That's kind of what I was thinking, like "jumbo shrimp", "baby carrots", "baby back ribs", or "baby peas". Can't think of much for "tall". Maybe tall glasses and short glasses, or some tall centerpieces and some short centerpieces.
