I am looking for suggestions on a reasonable place to hold a reception around the White Bear Lake, MN (and surrounding) area.

    Hmmm... White Bear Lake... I would have to say Dellwood Hills Golf Club.  Or maybe the Ann Bean Mansion B&B?  It's a bit closer to St. Croix, but it's fancy!I'm from CG, so my reception is in South St. Paul at the Historic Concord Exchange.  I'm really excited about it!
