Help!! Ceremony and Reception at Same place :-)

Hi everyone!I need some advice. I am celebrating my wedding ceremony and reception at the same place (Same room to be more specific) There are no gardens there, so I have to do everything in the same room. I need some ideas on how to transition from the Ceremony to the Reception.I read that right after the ceremony the couple can have their fist dance. I would ask the staff at the location what they typically do. I went to a wedding like this where we were ushered into a lobby area for a cocktail hour, and were then welcomed back into the room for the reception. The bridal party and the newlyweds were introduced, and the couple went right into their first dance. Or are you using a hall where you need to organize everything on your own? (i.e., no staff to help you out)

After the ceremony recessional you and DH can leave and have a bit of alone time in another room (perhaps the room you got ready in?), let the guests mingle for a bit during cocktail hour / pictures / whatever and then be reintroduced into the room.  Will the guests be sitting at their tables for the ceremony, or will they need to leave at some point for the room to be rearranged?
