Toasts

Is it customary for the best man AND the moh to give toasts at the reception?  Or would it be ok for only the best man to give a toast?My mother is my moh, and I think she might feel out of place giving a toast since she is both the mother of the bride AND the moh.  I don't know.  Maybe a stupid thought.  Anyway...thanks for your help!

It's more and more common for the MOH to give a toast too but it's not like it's required or anything.  If she's not interested in giving a toast, she won't give one.  You don't ask people to prepare a toast anyway, so this isnt' anything for you to worry about.

It doesn't matter what her roll is. Does she want to give a toast? If she would like to, then she should; if she doesn't want to that's fine too.
