best place to get candy

Any suggestions on where is the cheapest place to order candy for the candy buffet?  And how early is too early to order it?  ....we still have 4 months to go!  Thanks girls!!

Right after Halloween everything goes on sale big time. Target, Walmart or Big Lots probably have a nice selection. Then you could add some other more upscale candies. Good luck!

I used Metro Candy for my E-Party and it was great. Order came fast and they are super inexpensive.

I used Suzy's Candy Bouquet in Trooper for mine (suzyscandybouquet.com). She had an endless selection and the lowest prices I could find. Plus if you want to rent the jars and scoops from her and have her set up up for you, she does it for very cheap. I was so happy with her - she was great to work with and it was nice not having to pay shipping on all that candy.

I got all my candy at BJs. Nothing fancy, but it all went (90 lbs!!).

When I bought my candy in March, metrocandy.com was offering 10% off to first time customers.  The discount amount pretty much negated the shipping fees.

Try to stock up after a holiday.  I bought a TON of stuff after Valentine's day and stayed fresh for my July wedding.  I also found that CVS has some good deals on bulk candy.
