Our reception will be buffet style. Will have a beverage table as well with tea, coffee, lemonade, and water.... Beer will be iced down according to brand in coolers or tubs. The venue has a wine chiller that we can use to keep the wine at the appropriate temperature. There won't be any type of bar offered (opened or closed) only the beer and wine. Would like to hear some opinions on the wine serving--do it yourself at the chiller? have bottles on the tables for diy? Any ideas will be welcome
