Yes I teach summer school.. it's been last week and this week only.  3 hours a day. :)  And just for doing that, I get paid an extended contract salary!  I love my district! :) How's everything going with you?

    That is pretty sweet, I would totally do that as well. I had an ABA interview yesterday. I loved the family and the boy. He is verbal, about 100 words, does not have any serious behaviors, just whining and small tantrums, but no biting, hitting, scratching etc. So I'm in love. Two problems I would miss 2 days of school for training, which I can live with, they might have monthly meetings during the week during the day, I cannot do that. Fingers crossed it all works, it would about an extra 250 pounds per month, cash.

    That would be great! I really hope that works out for you!  And yes, this summer school is a really sweet deal! I also get to work with the incoming 4th graders so I get to meet some of them and see what we'll be dealing with next year.  I have a love/hate relationship with trainings. I love learning new things but I also hate it b/c it also equals much more work for me b/c I want to implement everything (well, almost everything)I learn!

    I often feel the same about training. I eventually went to be a BCBA though so it's good for later.
