I need help as to when the cocktails should start...
our ceremony will be 2-3 then we'll probably do the receiving line so that puts everyone being gone probably around 3:30ish? Anyways, do you think 4:00 would work for the cocktail hour then we get there around 5 and they do the whole announcing of the wedding party then dinner served at 5:30? We're probably going to serve cocktail franks and spinach and artichoke dip (I work at a nice restaurant that also caters and that combo is always a huge hit)
