Please help with ideas!!!

I am finally in the process of planning my wedding now that the holidays are over. My sister and i thought of a fun idea for my wedding.  I am a fraternal twin and my fiance is an identical twin so we wanted to incorporate that somehow.
We thought of a twin theme but to be subtle about it. For instance, 2 flowers in my hair, "twice" baked potatoes, 2 wedding cakes that are identical, double mint gum, etc. But we have only thought of so many ideas.
Does anyone have any thoughts for anything else during the wedding/reception, or any thoughts on the idea itself? Please let me know

I can't think of anything this second but I think that's a really cute and orginal idea for a "theme" (in the loosest sense of the word, of course).  Good for you for going subtle; food is the easiest way to do this versus actual decorating.
If I think of anything, I'll post again later.

Use the two hearts entwined icon.  You see it with stationary, stickers, cake toppers. It would be really cool if you could have twin flower girls and twin ring bearers.  I can't put my finger on it but I would imagine you could tie the theme in with flowers.

I like the two hearts idea.  Also, think about the two rings and double happiness symbols.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for te ideas i appreciate it. If there is ever anything else that pops up let me know. i was thinking with the flowers putting 2 flowers together in the bouquet for instance having mostly all white roses but having 2 red roses next to each other through the bouqet, not sure if you can invision this, the only other thing i have in my head is 2 favors, but that can get pricey unless its 2 double mint gums haha

Try to find a song as a "theme" or your recessional song, not necissarily your first dance, referencing a twin or double.

ohh the song thing is good, great ideas, keep them coming if anything else pops in your head the more the better, the other thing i was thinking was instead of favors, make a donation to a "twin towers" donation

I'm the daughter of a twin, and know that twins have that connection that other siblings neither have nor completely understand. 

Having said that, I love the idea for some subtle touches of "twindom" in your wedding.  But keep in mind:  a little "theme"~even one as cute and personal as this one~goes a long way.

Overdo it and it will get treacly very, very quickly.

I really like that idea. Do you have your colors picked? What about doing two shades of the same color like blues or purples? Its not that noticable but still shows they are the same color but not identical like you and your twin.
