Wine Bottle Guest Book

We are going to ask our guests to sign or write on bottles of wine as our quest book for our reception.   A bottle for one year, a bottle for 2 years, a bottle for 5 years, a bottle for 10 years...Does anyone have any suggested statements that I can print out to sit on the table with the bottles...??

What if you have labels sitting out (not on the bottle) so that its easier for people to write on.  Then put a sign (maybe something in a photo frame) to say someting like...

Please sign one of these lables,
For the bride and groom to treasure.
These memories will keep the day alive,
Bringing joy we cannot measure.

Your good wishes will be in safe keeping,
On a tightly corked bottle of wine.
And at each milestone we'll open one
And reminisce of this happiest time

Maybe on the table you set this up, you could put a bottle behind each of the labels so guests can visualize the lables on the bottles.
