Wanted: Inexpensive reception vendor

my wedding is in October of next year. I dont have alot of money to pay a expensive hotel to do the reception. I can only afford at the most 1k maybe. if someone has ideas please let me know. i am in coconut creek and the wedding is at Deerfield Beach on the beach

    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
