I need your opinions... I am trying to figure out a timeline for my 4 hour afternoon reception... This is what I have come up with so far.... Any constructive input would be appreciated greatly! I just want to know if this seems accurate.. I am really just concerned with the time frame of each part..
11:00 - Cocktails 11:30 – Receiving line at reception site 11:50 – Parents and bridal party announced 12:00 – Grand entrance of Bride and Groom 12:05 – First dance – Bride and Groom 12:15 – Welcome toast 12:20 – Salad course 12:45 –Special toasts: Best man etc. 1:00 – Main course 1:45 – Cake cutting 2:00 – Cake, dessert and champagne served 2:20 – Bride/Father and Groom/Mother dances 2:30 - Main dance 2:50 – Bouquet toss 3:00 – More dancing 3:20 – Last dance Bride and Groom 3:40 – Exit of Bride and Groom 4:00 End of wedding reception
