I know I want to incorporate the American Red Cross somehow in my reception. I am an avid blood/plasma donor and I have got my fiance into giving blood as well. We are giving a donation to the red cross as well as donating blood the week of our wedding. I know I do not need to post everywhere that we are making a donation as it comes over 'look at us! Were such good people!" but what if I did heart shaped cookes or red velvet cake pops and I did attach a note saying the ARC is important to us and we would love for everyone to look into donating blood if they don't already! Does this seem out of place at a wedding? If so any ideas on how to incorporate it?
