chair cover rentals

Hello everyone,
 
I am getting married July 2010 and have searched ALL over the internet for a company that comes out, puts chair covers on, and takes them back off.  I
I have found lots of sites that allow me to rent them and do it myself.  But is that trust worthy?  I don't want to waste 500 bucks to find out i have junky chair covers.

If anyone has used someone for chair cover rentals etc in the Philadelphia PA area please let me know.

Did you post this on your local Philadelphia board? I am in the Scranton area and found a local linen rental company who did my chair covers including set up/tear down.

See if your venue will do it. Mine will for $1 per chair.  If not, many florists and party rental places keep staff specifically for party set ups. You could ask if you might hire them to help set up your venue.

Ask if they will give you some referrrals from people who have used them before.  Ask to see pictures, or go and see the covers before you rent.  If they have good recommendations and they look nice, rent them.  It does not take that long to put them on the chairs (4 of us covered 150 chairs in 15-20 minutes). (If you have to tie bows, it will take longer)  If your venue won't place them on the chairs for you, this is your opportunity to take advantage of all the people who have offered to help with anything.
