I'm going to be scouting potential areas to get married and have a reception. I'm wondering what sort of questions will the people who own the properties and venues ask me? I don't want to go and have them think I'm completely unprepared, I guess.

1.  How many people can your space accomidate?
2.  What are your catering options?  Can I bring in my own caterer/alcohol?
3.  Can I have my ceremony here?
4.  What is provided when I book with you?  Linens? China/Crystal/Flatware? Tables/chairs?
5.  How much does a vendor meal cost?
6.  What is the bartender fee?
7.  Do you have "wedding packages"?
8.  Is tax/tip included or extra?
9.  Is alcohol charged per head or on comsumption?
10.  What services do you provide day of?
11.  Do I need to clean the space after wards?
12.  What time will my other vendors have access to the room to set up?
13.  What is the parking situation for my guests?
14.  Do you have a preferred/recomended vendor list?  Is there a charge for not using these vendors?
15.  How many weddings do you do on average?
16.  Do you have any major renovations planed that could interefere with my wedding?

Do you book more than one event per day?
Is there a room rental fee?
What time can we arrive the day of the wedding?
Can I see your linen colors?
Do you have center pieces available to use or rent?

Wait...you wanna know what THEY will ask YOU?

Uhh...not much. When do you wanna get married? How many people are you expecting? They are trying to get your business...you should be grilling them, not the opposite.

Maybe you just mis-typed...
