Cruise Wedding but a home Reception

We are having a hard time deciding on what is best. Do we invite everyone to the cruise wedding (ceramony at port before we would leave) and if they would like to cruise as well  thats great. Or do just Invite friends and family to the reception at home. 

Family and the wedding party would of course be at the ceramony on the cruise.

So my question is should we invite everyone and have 4 choices ( cermany, crusing, reception or not able to attend) and the pick what they would like or just do family and wedding party at the cermany and a reception when we get home? 

thoughts please??

Also how would you word that in a invite any ideas??

everyone needs to be invited everywhere.  im not sure reading what you are trying to say.

I would either have a private ceremony (immmediate family only) and an at home reception, if you would like, or invite everyone to both the ceremony/cruise reception and the at home reception.  

Do you really want all your guests to go on the cruise with you, which I'm guessing is supposed to be your honeymoon?  If not, don't invite them to the ceremony.  While it sounds like they could attend the ceremony without going on the actual cruise, they may go on the cruise.
